Why I'm Hooked on the Philosockphy Sock of the Month Club

 

The Philosockphy sock of the month Club has been my go-to gift idea for the past two years, and I'm hooked! Their selection of fun, novelty socks never disappoints, and I can't wait to see what's in store each month. Plus, the socks are super soft and fit like a dream. Here are my top reasons why I'm hooked on this sock subscription club!

What is it?

I love socks. Purple ones, blue ones, black ones, dress socks, crew socks - you name it and I'll put them on my feet. But when it came to shopping for a new pair of fun men's socks every month, I found myself in a bit of a dilemma. How do they choose which socks to send?

To start, you fill out a questionnaire that helps them get to know your style and tells them what type of socks you might like. From there, they handpick socks based on your preferences, as well as their own knowledge about various styles and brands. They also take into account what's currently trending in fashion.
They offer every type of sock imaginable including ankle socks, dress socks, crew socks, and more. And if you don't want any surprises or to be limited by your own answers to their questionnaire, they also allow you to choose from a list of six predetermined pairs each month.

Are they exclusive, like limited editions?

It's a pretty exclusive club, with only 50 members. The socks are all limited editions, so they're super unique and no one will have the same pair as you. They come in a bunch of different colours, so there's plenty to choose from. This particular sock is just one example - they also have fun dress socks and cool crew socks. Shipping takes about a week too!
The total price for twelve pairs is $180, which is $15 per pair (with free shipping!). That's pretty good considering the quality and exclusivity! If you want to join up it costs $120 for six months or $240 for 12 months, which has to be paid upfront.

What are their customer service standards like?

Philosophy's customer service standards are second to none. The team is so friendly and helpful, and they are always available for you. They go out of their way to make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible, and they do everything in their power to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. For example, if the item you ordered isn't what you expected, they will gladly help you exchange it or return it for a refund. It's a lot more difficult these days to find quality customer service like this- so thank goodness this company exists!
