How many pairs should I get in my first subscription?
We’ll ship your subscription to you on or around the same day of every month. For all subscriptions except for quarterly and bi-annual, you will receive three months worth of socks each shipment. For our Quarterly & Bi-Annual subscriptions, you will receive six months worth of socks when your first delivery arrives and then 12 months worth of socks once every other shipment has been shipped. If any shipment is going to be delayed more than 30 days from your order date (based on when we receive final approval for production), we will contact you about a possible reshipment so that you don’t end up with a missed box.
When will my socks arrive?
Keep in mind that not all sock subscriptions send you new socks every month. If you’re looking for a way to add variety to your wardrobe on a monthly basis, look for offers that send out more than one pair of socks each month. As long as your subscription delivers at least one pair of socks per month, there will be time between when they arrive and when they’ll get stale sitting in your drawer. To keep things fresh, make sure you cancel or skip any months where you know your lifestyle won’t allow you time or opportunity to wear those socks. Even if it’s a short gap between receiving pairs of socks from one month and getting a new delivery for another, having an empty gap is better than getting two batches of socks at once!
