Is synthetic fabric good for socks?

I'll let you in on a little secret. Synthetic fabric is not good for socks. You might be thinking, What do you mean? Synthesis fabrics are everywhere. But I'm talking about socks made from synthetic fabric. It's tough to get a synthetic sock to have the same soft feeling as one made from cotton or wool. And it's easy for them to bunch up and become uncomfortable around your toes or heel, making you want to take them off right away. Not only that, but they're also more likely to produce static electricity than other fabrics which can lead to an unpleasant sensation when putting them on and taking them off again.

Are wool socks better than cotton socks?

Wool socks are more comfortable than cotton socks and can be more breathable. Cotton, on the other hand, is more affordable and is less likely to cause problems with your feet. It all depends on what you're looking for in a sock. If you want something that will last a long time and are willing to pay a bit more, wool will be your best bet.

Polypropylene (PP) vs. polyester (PE) – which material is better than polypropylene fiber?

Polypropylene is a type of synthetic fiber that is considered to be an inert polymer and does not break down. Polyester is a man-made fabric that can also withstand wear and tear. Polypropylene, however, has a lower melting point than polyester so if you are looking for socks with more durability or thickness then polyester may be better suited to your needs.
Polypropylene tends to be cheaper and less expensive than polyester making it easier on your wallet but can also make it more difficult to find quality products with this material. With polyester, you have the option of purchasing higher quality socks which will last longer or buying cheaper ones that will need replacing more often.

What makes bamboo fiber different from others?

Bamboo is a natural fiber that is anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic. It's also one of the fastest growing plants on earth, so it's an environmentally-friendly material that is sustainable.
Bamboo socks are great because they are thin but durable. Unlike cotton, bamboo doesn't need to be washed as often, which means your feet won't be exposed to harsh chemicals in the dryer or detergent. Another benefit? They're naturally antibacterial and don't hold on to smells like other fabrics do.
It might seem like bamboo socks are more expensive than other types (sometimes up to twice as much), but you get what you pay for. Bamboo fabric has been shown to last four times longer than cotton!
