The 'Wheelbarrow'

The Wheelbarrow is one of our favorite ways to fold socks. It's also one of the easiest, making it perfect for those who are just getting started. Plus, it looks great when stacked in a basket or container!
1. Start with two socks and lay them out flat on a surface so that they overlap in the middle by about 4 inches (10 cm).
2. Place your hands on top of one sock and grab the other sock from underneath and pull it up so that it is inside-out over your hand.

The 'Slipper'

Folded socks are a great way to make your sock drawer look neat, and also give you a sense of accomplishment when you open it. It's also a great way to keep track of which pair goes where. Here are five ways for you to fold your socks.
1) The Basic Roll
Fold the sock in half lengthwise, then roll from one end towards the other. This method is best for thin ankle socks or dress socks, as thicker socks won't roll very well. 2) The Tie
Place one hand inside the sock, grasp it at the heel with your fingers pointing towards your pinky finger, and place your thumb on top on the toe section with fingers pointing towards your thumb.

The 'Fishbone'

The best way to fold your socks is by using the fishbone method. This involves folding your socks so that they resemble an arrow, or a fishbone. You start with one sock and line up the toes with an edge of your dresser drawer. Take another sock and line it up next to the first one, placing the heel on top of the toes from the first sock. Line up this second sock so that it’s toe is touching where you folded over and creased (near) the second last section on top of your first piece of clothing.
