What happens if there's an error with my order?
In the event that there's a problem with your order, we want to make sure you are taken care of. So please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to take care of it for you. If it's an error on our part, we will fix it. And if it was your mistake (i.e., you ordered the wrong size), then we will have a return ready and waiting for you so that you can get back on your merry way!

How do I clean my new pair(s)?
Cleaning your new socks should be done in a similar fashion to how you would wash other delicate clothing items, such as underwear and bras. The best way to do this is by hand washing them in cold water. If that doesn't sound like a viable option for you, then you can always opt for using a washing machine and putting them in a delicates bag. As long as they're not taking on any other clothes that have gone through the washer with them, it's safe to say that this won't cause any damage.
If you're taking care of your socks by hand, then take caution when it comes to drying them off. Don't just toss them into the dryer with everything else!
