Moisture-wicking socks are a must.

The importance of wearing moisture-wicking socks cannot be overstated. Your feet sweat to maintain a stable body temperature, which is why it is important to have socks that will draw moisture away from your skin and keep you dry. Moisture-wicking socks come in a variety of colors and patterns and can be found at many different retailers. We've compiled a list of some of our favorites below!
1) Men's Purple ankle socks - These are perfect if you want to show off your ankles while staying warm! Plus they're breathable and come in a variety - so you can switch up how they look with your outfit!
2) Mens Coloured Socks - These are ideal if you want something fun but not too over the top.

Wear merino wool.

The best way to stay warm is to wear a lot of wool. Wool is a fiber that resists moisture and can keep you feeling dry and warm when outside in cold weather. Wool will also insulate your body heat, which means it can help keep you warmer than if you were wearing cotton or polyester. Merino wool is one type of wool that's particularly great because it's thin, soft, breathable, and has natural antimicrobial properties. Merino wool is so good at resisting moisture because it has scales on its surface that are hydrophobic-they repel water! It also means wool doesn't have to be washed as often as cotton, so merino wool clothing lasts longer before needing a wash.

Take breaks from shoes

The best way to beat the winter blues is by taking breaks from shoes and wearing some comfy socks. A sock subscription service like sock of the month is perfect because they send out a new pair of socks every month. And, who doesn't love getting gifts in the mail? Plus, you can always gift your last shipment to someone else!

Dress your feet first, then the rest of you.

If you're feeling cold, there are a few quick things you can do to warm up. Dress your feet first and then go on to dress the rest of your body. It's a lot easier to keep your feet warm than it is to keep your whole body warm and if they are too cold it will make you feel colder. Plus, when you are dressed from head-to-toe it's easy to forget about keeping your toes covered! Socks are great because they not only keep your feet warm but also provide cushioning for any impact that might happen on them.

Look for natural materials like cotton and wool as opposed to synthetics.

Natural fibers are ideal, as they keep heat close to the body. Wool socks are great because they retain warmth when it's wet, which is a common occurrence during winter months. Cotton socks are also a good choice as they're breathable and wick moisture away from your feet. And don't forget about slippers! They'll help you stay warm in cold weather while keeping your feet nice and cozy indoors.

Use both hand and machine washes when doing laundry.

Do you know that there are actually two types of washing machines, hand and machine? Yes, that's right! There are some people who prefer to wash clothes in a sink or tub using their hands while others prefer to use a machine. Which one is better? Well, it really depends on what you're doing. If you're just doing laundry for yourself then either one is fine but if you want to do laundry for an entire family, then I recommend using a machine because that way it can be done much faster and more efficiently.
But what about washing clothes by hand? What exactly does that entail? It all starts with filling up a sink or tub with water and adding soap. Once the water is sudsy enough, start adding your clothing into the water.

Sleep with your socks on.

Most people get cold feet when they're cold, and a great way to keep them warm is to sleep with your socks on. This is also a great way to make sure that you don't wake up with sweaty, uncomfortable feet. The best part is that it's super easy! All you have to do is put your socks on before you go to bed and then sleep as usual. If you're worried about your sheets getting dirty, invest in some good quality linen sheets - or just wash them more often. You can also layer your bedding so that it covers the bottom of the bed where your feet are resting (if this doesn't work, try changing bedrooms).
