How could one resist a Philosockphy.com/collections/socks-club">sock of the month club? I admit, the idea didn't appeal to me at first. Why would I want socks in various colours sent to me on a monthly basis? But after trying out Philosockphy's Philosockphy.com/collections/socks-club">sock of the month club, I'm hooked! Here's why I love it so much
How did you decide what socks to get?
When I decided to do a sock subscription, I quickly realized that finding socks isn’t easy. At least not socks that are comfortable and of good quality. Having a lot of shoes means having many different sock sizes. So, to make sure I have socks for all my shoe sizes, I needed at least 6 pairs (one pair per month) to get started—and ideally more than that. Unfortunately though, I couldn’t find a place where it was easy to purchase multiple pairs in one order. That’s why even though they weren’t super cheap, one of my first orders from Philosockphy was from them since they allowed me to buy as many pairs as I wanted with free shipping in US and free international shipping on orders over $25!
When do you wear them?
I don’t wear socks very often because my feet are never cold. I usually only wear them when I have dress shoes or when it’s cold outside, which is rare in Florida. When I started to realize that my socks were getting pretty old, I decided to look into sock subscriptions to see if they would be a good fit for me. As an added bonus, any time my girlfriend goes away on business trips or on vacation with her friends she always complains about having nothing to wear so I thought maybe giving her a subscription for socks might make it easier for her as well. She also likes cute things so these sock subscriptions would be perfect for her!
What makes them so comfy?
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided to sign up for a sock subscription service. Would they be as comfortable as my regular socks? Will they stretch out too much? Are they warm enough? So far, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by my experiences with each box—they are so comfy! And yes, if you prefer thicker socks you might find them thinner than you would like, but if comfort is your goal you shouldn’t mind. Just think about it—how many times have you put on an old pair of socks without even thinking about it? This is a good thing! You don’t want to stop enjoying your clothes because it takes too long to get dressed in the morning.
